I love the way that everything in this shot, including the balloons, are in a bit of motion, except for the girl. It kind of still draws the eyes to her, rather than the bright red balloons in her hand.

I love the movement, composition and concept, but I'm not sure about the editing (colour, contrast....)

Well, I think the most important point with the editing it's the file format. I always shot in RAW, and edit with the Adobe RAW Plug-In in Photoshop. In my opinion, nothing more is necessary. This way gives you more precission and control on the editing :)
